The Cicerone Certified Beer Server exam assesses these skills to recognize those individuals who are best prepared to sell or serve a wide range of beers.
The Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking is an established leader in facilitating trainings for first responders who are on the frontlines of combatting human trafficking in Colorado. Hospitality students learn how to identify potential trafficking scenarios and contact state and national hotlines.

The risk management training and certification program outlines effective, responsible alcohol-service practices for all front-of-the-house staff: bartenders, waiters, hosts, bussers, security, and valets. Using a holistic approach, the program advocates team-based prevention of various challenging intoxication situations.
