Employers expect you to discuss your skills and experience, so the key is to PREPARE! Research the employer and the position by reviewing their website, checking out info from Vault and LinkedIn, and reading the posted job description. Think about potential questions and how you’ll respond. Write down your skills and examples of times you made an impact on a team, project, or organization. And don’t forget to practice!
